PPC-17HD onboard Industrial PC is used on the project of the Three Gorges. By using GPS, GIS and other advanced technologies onboard computer technology solutions makes the real-time weather satellite images watching come true, and it can choose routes depending on the weather and make satellite communications technology in application at the same time.

[System Principle]
This program is designed based on sailing conditions, the Cresun PPC-17HD onboard Industrial PC with 4D mouse is adopted at last not only because of  its anti-vibration and its adapting to the moisture on the sea ,but also its ability to uninterruptedly and stably long operate and its strong scalability. It can communicate with GPS, Decca, ARPA with radar equipped and other navigational instruments through software. The ship's longitude and latitude, as well as its routes and speed can be displayed in the form of digital and graphic when connected to GPS. Driving Directions can be planed in anvance and saved for later use on the touchscreen . All like lights, buoys, lighthouses, reefs, wrecks, and the detailed information of other things marked on the map can be accessed by sliding a finger.
